A video released by Deadline has surfaced following reports that crew members were preparing to strike over alleged unsafe working conditions. In the footage, Jonathan Majors and his co-star JC Kilcoyne appear to fall out of frame and through a window. According to sources cited by the outlet, Kilcoyne sustained injuries requiring stitches across his hands after the approximately six-foot drop.|

When approached for a statement regarding the incident, Dallas Sonnier of Bonfire Legend responded to the media with a remark suggesting the fall was less severe than the stalled careers of certain union representatives.
The film is written and directed by Kyle Rankin. Production is being handled by Ben Shapiro for The Daily Wire and Sonnier for Bonfire Legend, alongside producers Travis Mills, Lillian Campbell, and Sydney Aucreman.
The Daily Wire had not responded to media inquiries by the time of publication.
This project marks one of Majors’ latest roles following his 2023 conviction for assault and harassment, which stemmed from an incident involving his former partner, Grace Jabbari. After the conviction, he was removed from several film projects and later ordered to complete a 52-week, in-person domestic violence intervention program.
Amid the fallout, Majors—known for his role in Creed III—was notably dropped by The Walt Disney Company and Marvel Studios, where he portrayed Kang the Conqueror, a character initially intended to become a central antagonist in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
